Cancellations, Rescheduling,
& Refund Policies

Cancellations 4 - 2 days before your appointment will be given a 50% refund

 

48 hours or less before your appointment will be considered final & no refund will be issued. This includes no shows.

 

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you sign up for a Group Healing Session, all sales are final.

This is due to the fact that you will be receiving healing whether you are present (physically or online) or not as sessions are conducted on the Astral (energetic) Plane. 

 

You will also be sent a recording of the session to listen to whenever you need to & your Oracle Card pull & information whether you attend the live session or not. 

All sessions can be scheduled when buying or we can set up each session at the end of the previous one.

Of course, life happens, especially when committing to multiple sessions. However, it is in your interest to keep the scheduled sessions whenever possible.

 

Rescheduling is permitted & I ask you to give me as much time as possible. If rescheduling please try for the closest possible date or time that you can get to the original session. This keeps the flow of the sessions especially when we are working on something specific & allows for your homework time if any is needed.
