Join us for a transformative online session: “Introduction to Self Love” on May 28th, 2025.
This guided group meditation journey is designed to help you explore & embrace the unique qualities that make you lovable. Through this immersive experience, participants will discover their positive attributes & engage in a dialogue with their future selves, gaining invaluable insights & advice.
The session will begin with a brief introduction to Becca, your facilitator, & the Akashic Records, an ethereal repository of all human experiences, thoughts, & emotions. By tapping into this profound source of wisdom, you will learn how to cultivate self-love & become a beacon of inspiration for others.
As we navigate through this 30 minute meditation, you will be encouraged to reflect on what makes you unique & worthy of love.
At the end of the session, there will be time allocated for Q&A or sharing personal insights if you wish.
This event serves as a wonderful introduction to both the Akashic Records & the essential practice of self-love. We invite you to embark on this enlightening journey towards embracing your true self.
Unlocking The Heart:
A Self-Love Journey Through the Akashic Records
This four-week program is designed to guide participants through the exploration of self-love using the Akashic Records as a transformative tool for healing & personal growth. Each week will focus on a different aspect of self-love, incorporating 1:1 guided meditations, reflective exercises, & practical homework assignments to deepen understanding & practice.
We meet as a group once a week for a workshop on Self Love, then you will have a private 1:1 Akashic Records session once a week with your practitioner to delve deeper into what you have learned.
Three course dates available throughout the Summer.
