Page 1. Name, Date, Deck Used, Question, & a pictorial of your reading

Page 2-4. A detailed breakdown of each card with its picture & location in the spread.

 

You may either just ask your question(s) or simply ask for a general reading (i.e. "General Life Reading", "General Love Reading", "General Career Reading", etc.) or you can ask your question(s) & give some/lots of information. It is totally up to you.
